Online Business Kit Ltd is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and we continually improve the user experience for everyone.

3. PDF accessibility

Our downloadable PDF documents are formatted for clarity and readability, with clear headings, good colour contrast and print-friendly layouts. However, they have not been fully tagged for screen reader compatibility. If you require any of our documents in an alternative accessible format, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

4. Known limitations

We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them:

• PDF documents are not fully tagged for screen reader use. We will review this as part of ongoing product updates.
• The interactive HTML tools included in some bundles have been tested in modern browsers but may have limited compatibility with older assistive technology software.

5. Technical specification

This website relies on the following technologies for conformance with WCAG 2.1:

• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript is used for two third-party scripts only: Google Analytics (gtag.js) for anonymous usage tracking, and Google Fonts for typography. Both are deferred to avoid blocking page rendering. Core content and navigation are fully accessible without JavaScript.

6. How we tested this website

This website was self-assessed against WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria. We used the following methods:

• Manual keyboard navigation testing
• Screen reader testing using browser built-in tools
• Colour contrast checking against brand guidelines
• HTML validation and semantic structure review
