3. Purchasing and delivery

Purchases are processed through Payhip. Once payment is confirmed you will receive an email with a download link. Downloads are available immediately after purchase.

4. Refund policy

Our products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you lose your right to cancel once you have consented to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledged that you lose your cancellation right. This acknowledgement is obtained at the point of checkout.

We do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued, except in the following circumstances:

• You were unable to access or download the files and we were unable to resolve the issue
• The files received were materially different from the product description
• A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge
